Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Samah by Shradha, we strive to offer the best experience for our clients. Below are our refund and cancellation guidelines.
1. Cancellation Policy

For Individual Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

For Events & Workshops: Once booked, event fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another participant by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

In case of technical issues (e.g., Zoom connectivity problems from our end), we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.

If Samah by Shradha cancels an event/session, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Late Arrivals

Sessions will start as per the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the pre-determined time, and no partial refunds will be given.
